Onward!

Our team has just landed in the Bahamas to refuel the plane and will then take off for Port Au-Prince. They already have a praise report. The team had tried to get some IV fluids to take with them, but were unable to get any. This morning at the hangar, another team going in had an abundance and were not able to take it all with them, so they gave them to the team! Praise God!

I am starting to receive a lot of emails and phonecalls from people with loved ones in Haiti that need help. An orphanage in Leogane (about 1 1/2 hours from Port-au-Prince) fell leaving 69 orphans with nowhere to go.
They were moved into the yard of a private home in Port-au-Prince with
a fence still standing, however they are in desperate need of food and medical attention. 5 have already died and 4 more are about to die if they dont get immediate help. Please pray that we will be able to get help to these precious souls.

It appears that God has bigger plans for this blog than what I originally planned. May He be Glorified and Honored through it's use.

Hi Donna. Thanks for keeping us updated. There is an orphanage that walked 2 kilometers this morning in dangerous area with 133 children to the U.S. Embassy. Half of the children are under the age of three...and about 20 are under the age of 18 months. I'm not sure how they carried that many babies that far plus food, water, and extra things. I'm guessing the children don't have shoes as they are walking. Their goal is to get to the Embassy, get Visas and then 'cargo jet' to the US. If there is anything our team can do for them as they are waiting at the US Embassy, that would be great. I'm not even sure if our team is near the US Embassy but thought I would mention it. Also, if the Missionary Flight could help them fly to the US, that would be helpful. Many of the children will have US families waiting on them to adopt them when they arrive. You can read more about this organization and orphanage here: http://www.forhisgloryoutreach.org/earthquake_relief
Thank you! You can respond back to be on my blog.
